 AL-KO ribbed jockey wheel with a 48mm anti-slip shaft and 200 x 50mm solid rubber wheel with a steel rim. This user-friendly model features a long design and built-in thrust bearing under the crank to facilitate operation. It has a stationary nose weight of 300kg (max.) and a maximum nose weight of 180kg when manoeuvring. Constructed to be entirely solid and robust, this jockey wheel fulfils the needs of everyday trailer users and has an electrogalvanized (8 μm) finish to help protect it against corrosion. This anti-slip model is designed to prevent the crank from shaking loose under road vibrations. The wire bracket welded onto the outside tube of the jockey wheel can be hooked onto the crank to prevent the inside tube slipping out of the outside tube. In addition to this, the outside of the jockey wheel has fluted indentations and the compatible cast clamp (product code ALK249804) has corresponding grooves. If the T-bar of the clamp is only tightened slightly, the jockey wheel cannot slip through (please note if the T-bar s not tightened at all, this anti-slip device will not function).
