This bike carrier is mounted on the chassis of your campervan meaning it is super sturdy. The Van-Star E-Cross can carry up to 75 kg, enough for 2 E-bikes. Thanks to a smart hinge system, you can also turn the bike carrier away, even with bikes on it. This keeps the rear doors and luggage space of your campervan easily accessible. It also has a black plastic light bar with halogen lamps.
Locking pin and closer lip
You use the locking pin to lock the carrier when closed. In 'open' position, the hinge is automatically blocked by a door closer. This prevents unexpected closure due to, for example, a strong wind or sloping ground.
Tough look, ideal for E-bikes and mountain bikes with thicker tires
The Van-Star E-Cross is ideal for transporting E-bikes and mountain bikes with thicker tires. This model has a tough look due to its black plastic light strip and premium bicycle gutters.
Mounting on the chassis
The Van-Star is mounted directly on the chassis of the campervan. Due to this mounting method, the Van-Star has more carrying capacity than carriers that are mounted on the hinges of the rear door, and it is more stable than a traditional bike carrier on the tow bar.
European type approval
The Van-Star E-Cross has a European type approval. You are guaranteed to be safe on the road.

The Van-Star Adventure from Memo is a retractable bike carrier designed for mounting on the chassis of L1, L2 and L3 Ducato van conversions from 2006, using a mounting bracket (included).
The compact and lightweight bike rack is suitable for carrying two e-bikes or classic bicycles which are placed at knee height on the carrier - avoiding the need to lift the bikes up high.
The carrier is made of black powder-coated steel and finished with aluminium parts. It can be easily removed without the need for tools and is foldable and lockable in both lowered and upright positions. The user can also choose to have the hinge on the left or right side of the van.
This Van-Star Adventure bicycle carrier is supplied with standard bicycle shoes (with straps), bicycle arms, a lighting bar with cabling and a 13-pin 'Jaeger' plug. Memo recommend that users secure the bicycles with a strap for safety (not included).
